Collection and Use of Information

We collect two types of information: personal and non-personal identification data.

Personal Information: Includes your first name, last name, personal ID number, email, and phone number, which you provide during registration or when placing an order. Important: Your card details (number, CVV code) are not stored on our server. Payments are processed on the partner bank's secure page.

Non-personal Information: Includes data regarding your browser, IP address, and navigation, which helps us in improving our services.

Information Security

Your data is protected by an encrypted password. We take commercially reasonable measures to protect our servers; however, data transmission over the internet is never 100% guaranteed. On our part, only authorized personnel have access to your data for the purpose of processing orders.

3 Online Purchase Procedure

• Orders are accepted 24 hours a day.
• The desired product must be placed in the cart, after which you proceed to checkout.
• The preparation of an order requires 48 hours.

Delivery Terms and Rates

Note: Delivery is carried out from Monday through Friday. The courier does not work on Sundays.

Updating and Canceling Information

You can change your data at any time from your personal profile. Information related to past transactions cannot be deleted due to tax and accounting purposes.
